How to best savor them

Our Filone, once purchased, keep well in the refrigerator at temperatures between 0 and 4°C for a period of 5 days from the date of production.

Try it like this

Filone on the griddle

Cut the Filone into slices. Put each slice of mozzarella first in the flour, then in the beaten egg and finally in the bread crumbs.
Heat the griddle, arrange the breaded mozzarella and then pour a little oil on them. Let them fry for a few minutes without making them melt.
